Description: Following a magnificent live performance in London last year, we asked Anne-Sophie Le Creurer to consider putting out a record with Champion Version and were overjoyed when she agreed. On 'Le Néant', Anne-Sophie reveals a marvellous collection of playful textures using clavinet, organs, lead synth, guitar, electric bass and flute. 'Le Néant I' offers a gentle clarity, permitting a vast amount of melodically engaged charm. 'Le Néant II' is grandiose and imposing with harmonically entwined activity, a more effervescent composition. There's an underlying beauty and sensitive pull steering your ears through the current of overtones and tuneful sound experiments. Highly unique and entirely engaging, 'Le Néant' is lush with elegant, absorbed tones. Dreamlike romanticism. Super.

This music Marta created, holds stillness and space just as much as it holds notes and chords, and it is in those spaces between notes that captured my attention so much. This music requires some patience and is for everyone, but I find it gorgeous. Especially when everything finally comes together on the last track, "music" with a choirs wordless vocals taking the chord changes and melody all the way to the climactic ending. Joe Borreson
