Description: A beautiful collection of faint minimalist compositions from London musician Thomas Stone. Integrating contrabassoon, various looping devices with activated percussion, the playing across the four parts of 'Bias' is completely, almost impossibly measured and recorded wonderfully. Profoundly unsettling and mesmerising, 'Bias' is free of any overextended intricacies with Stone conversing the most vital modern, minimalist music. He unfolds a delicate sound that develops with quiet melodic dexterity into something quite magnificent. An integral listen, 'Bias' really is a delight. Stunning.
